We went to the airport to pick my mom up today. We got there early, so we swung by one of the many parks on the demilitarized England Air Base. We showed the boy several planes, including my favorite, the A-10. It's nice to hang with the family.

The planes that used to fly over your head at Bayou Derbonne are largely now on pedestals in parks.
