Did I mention that my son is finally old enough to get involved in Scouting?
We went to a Cub Scout social, where the kids played water-kickball. The bases were kiddie pools, and the baselines were slip-n-slides. He had a great time, and I think we found a pack that is a good fit for us. We go for the official sign-up event on Wednesday evening.

That's great! It's going to be a lot of hours on your part, but it's worth it!
Yeah, NFO, it will be a lot of work, but scouting was one of the most important things to me in my childhood, and I want to make sure that the Boy-o gets that opportunity, too!
